Pathetic ATMS

This is the second time that this has happend to me, standard banks service is pathetic, i am highly as i keep withdrawing from the ATM and no funds came out of my account, when contacting the call center all the agent could advise me was to wait 15 working days as the department needs to investigate. i am tired of having to wait for my own money, they said they would speed up the process and call me, i still havent heard anything from them. I might as well change my bank.
