I went into the bank Saturday the 29th of June (i needed to activate my hellopeter account again hence the delay in the report) and asked them for letter or any document with my physical address on as i needed to reactivate an FNB account that i had and the receptionist told me she could not help me because she did no know whether or not they could do such then she send me to the teller and she told me they were "not allowed" to issue me with such documentation despite having my card and my id present when i went back to the receptionist another Caucasian lady who has impeccable customer services skills then told me that FNB were the baddies and that no they cannot help me but i should rather Be upset with FNB as they were unreasonable... after the many gripes and tears of frustration, the endless rants and fights, emails and calls later, the loss of time, money that i have endured through my many years with "Africa's largest bank in assets" i decided to throw in the towel and close my account and end my suffering... on that same day i was welcomed home with loving arms by FNB... and i have been smiling ever since...
