STANDARK BANK IS THE WORSE BANK GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Last night i withdrew from an atm and neva received money R3000 the machine told me cancellation of service and then the screen went red and out of order now that i contact the bank they tell me i have to wait 12 working days for my own money i even have proof that i never recievd money but noooo they have to investigate and i must wait when they are in the wrong, this i feel is unacceptable and advise everyone to never open an account with this bank because it could happen to you and you will have to go through the same thing STANDARD BANK WORSE BANK EVER
