I'm banking with Standard Bank and withdrew R4000 on the 28/03/2013 at a Standard ATM @ Epsom Downs shopping centre Bryanston, i got a slip that said they could not process my request technical problem but my money was deducted from my account and money never came out. I received an sms that said i have withdrawn R4000 which i did not get. I went to Standard bank wonderpark pretoria north on 30/03/13 and i was told to wait 15 working days for them to investigate. I have not paid rent and i need to buy groceries. ATM fault is not my problem. I want my money Standard bank. I cannot wait 15days for my money.
