Another reason for me to move my account!!

On April the 11th, I tried withdrawing some cash from more than 3 Standard Bank ATMs but the transaction kept on being cancelled. In desperation for cash I went and tried to withdraw from FNB, the transaction still got declined but guess what, Standard Bank had the audacity to debit my account and even send me an sms in big bold letters. How on earth do you reduce your client's bank balance when you refused to give them money? This is a act by my service provider. Now they tell me I have to wait for 24hrs, if this is not fixed by then, I must consult my branch. What an inconvenience!! I need the cash NOW, not tomorrow. Besides, I do not have the time to run up and trying to fix their mess. What irritates me the most is the fact that they didn't even bother to notify me as their client about the technical error they were experiencing on their ATMs.
