The Second Time I'v Had To Complain- Same Claim

I am having a horrendous experience with my claim and no one can help, no one answers the phone and if they do I get cut off 80% of the time. I just want feedback and for this to be done with so I can get a car! The service is absolutely shocking- to just register my claim I had to first put a write up on Hello Peter before anyone got back to me. Then I was dealing with a lady, who checked the assessor had contacted me for my vehicle claim... and that's the extent of her involvement. I called the assessor yesterday and was told he had finalized the claim and sent the file off last week already and when I tried e-mailing this lady, I find out she's on leave (never bothered informing me someone else would handle my claim). The lady who is now dealing with it- has no idea about my claim at all-I had to inform HER that my claim had been finalized by the assessor and she said she was sending an urgent request off for my file.now really- I'm the client, I shouldn't be the one telling them my claim is finalized, they should be calling me. And now she is conveniently unavailable when I get through and i have sent her e-mails asking her to call me- but she just doesnt. Aaaargh!!!
