Bad Service

I applied for a loan wih African Bank and find there are not approving it because my tax at work is not deducting correct according to them. I would for a billion rand corporation with over 3500 employee that has been around for more than 35years. SARS would surely have closed us by now. I followed protocol and spoke with our salaries department who confirmed that TAX is being deducted as per SARS laws. Maggie the lady dealing with my application feels this is not acceptable and for no appropriate reason wish to process my application. This is bad service which I did not expect. all my documents was provided and all things are in order. Yet I am treated like a criminal in Maggie's oppinion. Give me a valid reason, why my business application with African bank cannot be done. I have avalid tax number and am a tax paying citizen.
