Good day, when I registered with Scoprpion Legal 1st time, I did make it clear that I needed assistance with getting an Attorney to present the court with paid up judgements which were settled in 2011 and advised that I needed an Attorney to assist me with removal of judgements on my ITC REPORT, a guy who called me back advised that they were gonna assist me with doing so and I gave you guys a go ahead with registration of policy.
After the 1st debit run I called Germiston branch and spoke to Maluleke who advised that I send in paid up letter and consent letter for the mentioned judgement and copy of id, did that and when I cakled back to follow up I was advised by Trevor that they dont really assist with removal but get an application letter from their Attorneys of which I must present it to court, if this is the case why was I TOLD IN THE 1ST PLACE??? If you guys wont be doing this on my behal I would ask my last months debit reversed and cancell my policy with you with immediate effect... I'll go register with Clientell Life who'll do this for me without any hassles, what makes matters even worse is your turn around time for feedback even.
