Letter of Paid up Account

It's been two months trying to get a simply paid up letter from the attorney, always when I call them they have different stories first she said she is still going to court she will email or fax the letter, she ask me if I want to do the judgement rescission I said yes, she said she can do it for me for R2000 iI told her no I dont have that amount of money if she can give me that letter I will be fine she did'nt send it I called for the second time she said she must apply for the documents because the court was burned down she has'nt got the information, now is the secretary she went to court I will give her the message, she was on leave to Cape Town for one week, she is out I forgotten to ask her to sign the letter I must send information again of which I did this morning at 10h30 when I call at 14h22 oh! sorry I have not check my emails I will check and call you back what I need its only a letter that shows the account has been paid in full. this account is paid up in 2011 June but still I cannot get the paid up letter. I dont know if I need to pay up something to get the lette
