UNDISCLOSED INFO ON JET LEGAL PLAN SALE

I have a Jet legal plan and was told that i would be covered in the event that i need the services of an attorney. I have the plan for over 8 years. In August I needed the assistant for an attorney with regards to a case and they gave me half 9an hour free consultation and the attorney advised me that she can assist however she would have to contact Zurich to confirm. It was confirmed at first with Zurich and then the attorney advised that Zurich cannot assist as the attorney fee is more than my claim amount. When I contacted Zurich they advised me that they wont cover because of the cost when i was sold the policy the consultant did not tellme of this and it was not mentioned. I didnt even receive a policy documents to advise me of the exclusions. when i received the updated schedule it is not on the exclusions. I now need Zurich to listen to the call and give me all the months premium that i have paid and cancel the policy. I also phoned to lay a complain and the consultant advised me that they will get the call and listen and get back to me. She phones me and tells me that i need to put it on emailand explain what i need to be done and they will get back to me. I need this
