Poor service

I found out May this year that I have a judgement against me. I contact their call centre Mr Zulu (25-06-2013) and a file was then opened. I called again and spoke to Bongi Mashego who advised me that I need to send all my documents (consent letter, itc report) which I did. On the 15-07 I spoke to Bongi again, then I was advice that I need to get an external lawyer as this falls outside their expertise. Now I must take all my documents to their office so that it can be send to Durban so that whichever lawyer gets it can then apply to have the Judgement remove all the way from Durban where as the judgement was issued at Kempton Park. Magistrate... Again today I was advised by Magezi Bila that I need to get an external lawyer for this matter. Now my question is why am I even paying a premier monthly membership fee.

If can't be assisted then rather I get paid all my instalments back then I'll do the running around myself. Scorpion Legal Service are quick to advertise that they can help with blacklisting but they don't mention that an external lawyer is needed.
