Lack of Reponse or Action

I spoke to Mr Makondo in early January regarding an unfair listing from Transunion for my student loan, I was listed 3 months after i've settled my account in full. I needed Scorpion to assist in removing my name from Transunion's records. My case was allocated to a legal representative Mr Mashoro Matlala tel 012 323 4032/0717652964 to assist as the case was submitted to the Hatfield Magistrate court. I spoke to Mr Matlala in January and he promised to have the matter settled immediately and my name cleared within 21 working days as i gave him all the documentations. All i had to do was meet with him to sign the indeminity forms or something to that effect - which never happened. I have since reported the lack of response to Scorpion and have left several messages for Mr Matlala to NO avail. I've reported this to their complaints dep at Germiston spoken to Norman still nothing has come up. No one bothers to come back to me on this??? I'm still listed...
