Called in 09.07.2013 to get a quote with a consultant named Donovan on address change, advised agent not to make any changes effective, yet he proceeded to so and in short gave me bad attitude for his actions. I advised him that i did not make him agree why is he rude to me, he then proceeded to ask me do i want to speak to his manager (Eugene Stevens). I asked the manager to please address the attitude of the consultant, when he returned my call he had more attitude than anything else telling me where i went wrong and why the agent reacted the way he did. If this is clients are treated i honestly would like to cancel.
