I was appalled by the service we received by the customer service agent - Busisa ntyinkala, upon checking in to depart for Johannesburg, I had 1 bag for both my son and I. My luggae weghed approx 28 kg, and she advised sorry, when i advised i come with British airways the 09/08 they had no problem due to the fact that it was for both of us, My mom was next to me and advised really that it is just a money making scheme and she was so rude, and asked who is travelling she will only speak to the one travelling, my mom asked for the supervisor and he come, really the same attitude, Busisa raised her voice, was extremely rude with my mother, and I vowed never to fly with Kulula again, and I normally do due to us belonging to vitatlity. it was amazing how British said its really not a problem as we understand its for you and your son, and then you get treated like rubbish with a kulula consultant.
I enjoy kulula as the pilots and air hostesses are awesome and friendly.
Busisa - you seriously need customer etiquette - even when my mom asked for her, name did she say I only deal with the one flying, and when I asked wrote it down as if it was as if she felt her actions were right
