A few of my friends told me that I should not bother getting a quote from outsurance because of awful customer service. I decided to go against their warnings and request a quote anyways after someone else suggested them to me.

After spending more then 20min on the phone with some know it all guy, he has the audacity to call my honesty into question, because I said no to most of his questions. The person who advised me to get a quote from outsurance, laid a complaint against this rude telesales agent. Only for him to phone me again telling me that I do not know what I want and dropping the phone in my ear after I told him I got much better rates from other companies.

Obviously their complaints department did nothing about this and the fact that they let him phone me again, with an even worse attitude then the first time, underlines this fact.

And to think I got this kind of service after merely requesting a quote. I do not even want to know what an unpleasant experience it must be to claim from them.

I'm insured with AA now and outsurance will never see any of my money... Ever.
