Passing the buck/Incorrect feedback

Actually not that long with this medical aid, but rather sick of it!!! not only do you need to call in every single time they make a mess up, they inconvenience me when they debited the wrong monies and i had to go into a bank, Plenty of phone calls and time wasted trying to resolve that issue, Now when i want to see a specialist they telling me i cant go even tho my waiting period is over. Too top it off every single time you phone for information on the same topic you get different feedback. I'm actually done with this Medical aid, they told me by the time i go into labor i will be covered for birth now they saying i wont be!!!I cant deal with this stress any longer. Out of all the medical aids i have been with i have never come across one with such incompetent staff!! Ill rather go back to a medical aid that's more expensive then deal with this
