I have been phoning for days now to get a certificate to show that my husband will be a dependent on my medical aid from the 1st of March, and every single day i am put through to countless people! Yesterday I finally felt I had a breakthrough with the last consultant, who said that she believed she can email it through to me today still (which was yesterday). Still nothing. Today I phone again, and now apparently I haven't added him on my medical aid yet??? Then why did I go though all the trouble of filling out the of a long form online? More than a week ago??? I am tired of the bad service I get put through from the one to the other, and every single time I have to tell the whole story, because for some reason they don't even make notes on the "SYSTEM" but the "SYSTEM" always shows that this or that is wrong. I am sick and tired of this and I am really considering finding another medical aid. I started this email, and I have been on hold with them the entire time!! Still no one on the other end. Now they say they don't do upgrades mid year and he has to wait for 2015!!! Why not tell me this 5 days ago!!! That's it!! I'm looking for another medical aid!!
