R7 520.00 DISAPPEARED FROM MY ACCOUNT

I have a Business and I do deliveries for my Clients. I did two deliveries for this Client on the same day and as a result he had to pay twice. He paid twice the agreed amount via Internet Banking on the 29th June. To my suprise I received an SMS from Standard Bank notifying me that the other R7 520.00 has been reversed from my account. I thought no one can do that on my account. I never received any call from Standard Bank to get any Authority to reverse this amount. They just reversed it. I went inside the Branch in Roodepoort and I was told that there is nothing they can do except logging a Query whith a turnaround time of Two days. What that means to me is that anyone can pay for my services via internet and later on reverse the payment with Standard Bank. I thought no kne can withdraw money in my Account without my Authorisation but I am obviously wrong with Standard Bank. Ido not feel my money is safe with this bank and I am going to take all my accounts from them then pursue legal route.
