Good day, I have sent a claim in for Alexander Forbes which money is due to me, since I worked for Standard Bank, retirement fund money, I have sent all the documents to them on the 21st of June 2013, when I followed up they said I have to complete a Claim form, Since yesterday I haven't received any claim forms and have phoned 4 times, the one email I received didn't had the attachment for the claim form. Is it so difficult to send a Claim form???
