They want to own your whole life - wont negotiate

Discovery the biggest around! they want all aspects of your life, credit card, home, car insurance & medical aid to name a few, but they will never treat you like an individual and there is no room what so ever to negotiate. I am in the process of joining there medical aid, and there has been no space to negotiate.By law they can have a 3 month waiting period but they don't have to, its completely up to the medical aid how long they wish to make this waiting period. There is no way you can discuss this with them and see how one can reduce the standard cardboard cut out response, my partner has had a complete and thorough medical check from head to toe and has a perfect bill of health. if we were treated like individuals this would have a influence on reducing the waiting period as clearly there is nothing wrong with him. but this does not matter in anyway so if he is in a car accident he will not be covered even though we pay for the medical aid. its a disgrace! i will never join discovery or any of its associated products! and i will tell everyone i meet not to! Disgusted and appalled by the misrepresentation by your staff & your associates. you have wasted my time.
