I cannot believe the service I got from Discovery after i have been with this company's medical aid for years now, my whole family have Discovery medical Aids including my friends but after the rip off i will make sure i warn everyone against discover medical aid. I was covered on this medical aid through my Company i worked for and i could never be assisted when i called them directly i would be told only my company can deal with them. Every month my salary they were deducting money to pay Discovery and i was never sick. I resigned from my company and i had done a few medication purchases with my medical aid but to my surprise i got a letter in a mail saying they are taking me to ITC for R1500 i owed to them when i called them no one can answer my grievance for me. Now they telling me i owe them but why dont they tell my company they owe them this company is making money out of from customers. I am very angry as i write this letter cause now how am i supposed to get a job if i am blacklisted for stupid and things.
