I am so disgusted with this service

Its been a month that my insurance is waiting for the relevant documentation from the "Traffic Dpt" to have the car settled, I have emailed the consultant that is dealing with my query, no response I can't believe your blatant disregard. I want this settled this week still U people are wasting my time #Disgusted!
