Outsurance act in Bad Faith

Had storm damage to my patio in December 2012.Outsurance fixed awning ceiling in February 2013. They had contracted Westfield Contractors to fix the ceiling. Two weeks later the ceiling fell it took out durance more than two months tocoe out ad assess the damage and refuse the claim, now indicating that he awning had a structural defect and they will not fix. Why did they accept to fix the first time if it had a structural defect? Furthermore we have an email from Mandy indicating that the awning will be replaced, why are they not fulfilling that promise.
They are passing the buck and being unreasonable, they are living up to the reputation that insurance companies rip you off!
