To whom it may concern

My Bakkie was settled last month no debit went off my account. why was money taken off my account this month for the debit.
as per the person I spoke he said because my bakkie was settled by my insurance company my account was at the legal dept

Now I must wait 10 working days for my money to be reversed back into my account I want my money
