After trading in my vehicle on a vehicle my fiance purchased my vehicle was not settled for two and a half months. I had a finance query when I had a new application to finance another vehicle as my previous one was never settled. After going back and forth the car was eventually settled. I am now waiting for 2 months for the dealership to refund me for the last instalment that went off 1 July 2013 on the vehicle that was not settled when I traded it in.

No communication from them whatsoever and you can't complain about the service as there is no such thing.
