I went to Alberton branch on 2013-06-06 to simply query about the charges and unauthorised purchase on my account. Well, that was an experience I will never forget. My query was attended by the consultant Tshepo Morake who seemed not to have product knowledge. He told me to return back to the merchant not even considering the location where the purchasing took place (whether in Gauteng or Free State?)Iwas not happy with the service and I asked to see the manager as there was no solution to my problemHe made me wait long and later came back with the lady by the name of Nonhlanhla Sibeko who didn't even introduce herself or her position to me. Her attitude was very bad and she was so irrevelant and tried to explain about the MTN network instead of the bank!!! According to Tshepo and Nonhlanhla the solution to my problem was to close the account with the query pending?? I must express my absolute disgust with the treatment I received from both of the staff members, For such a simple query to turn into a nightmare. Your response in this matter will be greatly appreciated..
