Poor response to query have written numerous email

I have written to MTN head office attention CEO and General Manager and hence I sought to lodge my outstanding complaint with you. I was requested to send back my device with all par aphelia including SIM card and was debit 25 May 2013 to date I have not received any feedback as I require my SIM card back to operate my long standing cell number and if they can give me an explanation as to why this query is still outstanding and no one seems to take ownership. The service at Chatsworth, Pinetown and worst of all Pavilion which they make calls to me and say they will come back with a solution and to date this matter is not resolved. Your intervention in this matter will be greatly appreciated.
