Phoned for a Quote... And Then...?

Phoned in to get a quote on INSURANCE, to see if they were cheaper than my current service provider? All was going well, though I did question the lengthy procedure. When we got to the end, the monthly premium was basically the same, they could only beat what I pay for Tracker. Not really being given a chance to take everything into consideration, the consultant got very agitated, pushy and rude, when I said that the price for their INSURANCE was basically the same as what I am currently paying.
The thing is, I might have gone back and actually considered it, if given the chance to, but after having to deal with such a rude staff member, I'd rather not! My husband and I have now made a decision to cancel all policies currently with OS!
I'd rather pay slightly more elswhere, and have good service, and be treated with respect.
