I would just like to compliment Nonhlanhla Ndlovu from FNB Direct for the EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. After struggling almost two weeks to open a new cheque account. I finally have one. Nonhlanhla went out of her way to please. I have never had such an amazing service experience with bank staff. She has really taking the " How can I help you" phrase to the next level. FNB you need more compitent people like her. I have dealt with a lot of your staff over the past two weeks, but none of them come close.

One can really here she enjoys what she does and its not just another sale.
