CLAIM SUBMITTED 19 NOV - NO FEEDBACK ETC

I submitted my claim online on 19 Nov. They phoned back a few days later asking for more details... Then I heard nothing for more than a week again, I phoned every second day, not even getting through after 35min on hold. Eventually got through to a consultant who advise my claim has two options: They can write off the car or repair. I said let me know what the market value of my car would be and get back to me.. I phoned them again asking whats happening and said I just want the car fixed. Again someone would get back to me... I tried phoning 3x times this week and even filled in a request for call back on Tuesday which was only returned today again with no solid answer... It has been 24 days since I lodged my claim and so far I had to do all the follow ups and yet still not sitting with any resolution? All our panel-beaters close this Friday coming which means my car will only be able to get fixed in the new year!!! What happened to the 3-5 days of processing claims? I'm disgusted in the service and the guy who needs to pay the excess (intentional damage) even follows up every day including the police following the case, but not MIWAY.
