Fnb debited my cheque account for the minimum credit card payment on the 28th of June but i had already paid in 10 times the minimum payment on the 27th. so when they debited me there were insufficient funds in my cheque acc causing me bank charges. i called in to get this rectified and was put on hold for 12 minutes and the consultant said she will have this rectified and get back to me within 48 hours. this was on 01/07 and i have still not received feedback. this is not the first time as the exact same thing happened to me in march and im still waiting for fnb to get hold of me. i am one of fnbs most satisfied clients but after this i am considering changing banks and i would advise any1 looking to move to fnb to reconsider based on the fact that their call centre is up to scrap.
