NO REPAIRS OR PROPER SERVICE TO ATM'S

Every month we have a problem with the ATM'S at Mayville shopping Centre. We pay in money at the ATM'S the money is taken by the machine which then gives you a slip which tells you they have a problem and we must try again later we do not get a receipt stating the amount was paid in so we send 3 days worrying about the money (R6000.00) as we do not have more money to pay in again if this money goes missing and no proof of the money being paid in. Why do we have this bad service from the Standard Bank on a monthly basis. We go in to the Bank and are told it is not their problem as it with the people that service the machines. The machines are so old they belong in the stone ages. I have put in an e-mail to the Standard Bank Cards division as I am sick and tiered of telephoning them every month as we are paying in later than the account date because of the problem with ATM'S at this shopping Centre. We are not the only people complaining about these machines, everybody in this area that use the ATM'S are complaining.
