FNB BAD Service-they can't help you!!!

It's been 3weeks since I have had a motorcycle from my business due to where a cheque was deposited and cancelled the next day and I never got any notification this was happening. I have spent hours on the phone with fnb call centres and never get to speak to someone that knows what they are doing, all of that because I can't even get hold of someone at my branch, or the branch manager, the same problem there, you hold on for a few minutes and then get cut off! I have since been to the bank twice, first time they were off line, second time they took my details AGAIN to get back to me And nothing happened yet? HOW do I as a business owner have time like this to Waist!! All I have been trying to get hold of is a copy of the cheque that deposited so that it can be traced, and no one at fnb can assist me? And then there false advertising on the radio every day, can someone no warn the rest of Africa what they are in for by changing to fnb! I have 4 accounts with fnb, and if had the time I would change banks tomorrow, been with them 20 years to long.. There Bank charges are outrages as well..
