Too busy bending over backwards

While I received confirmation that my email of 18th Feb was delivered to Outsurance, it seems that nobody bothered to read it. Too busy bending over backwards I suppose. How can you read your email with your head on the floor!!! I followed that with two others on 6th March and 6th June with likewise no response. I went onto their website and requested a change to my insurance. Dispite being informed that someone would contact me - nothing. Please sit up straight and take notice of the client!!
