Great service

The guard that stands by the door of this branch is superb! He always greets customers by name, with a smile & some polite chit chat :) Makes me feel safe as well as remembered & appreciated. I don't go to that branch often (sometimes it's even more than 6 months between visits) I can be in different cars & it does not even matter if I'm in or out of uniform - he remembers me every time! I know that line of work can be soul sapping yet he remains really upbeat. Its the one parking lot / bank verge (and there are not very many these days) that I feel safe - he makes sure he see's me getting in & out of my car safely. I think he should be rewarded or at least acknowledged for the extra bit he goes out of his way to make other people have a better experience whilst visiting the branch. My colleagues have all expressed the same opinions :)
