Outsurance
YOU GET NOTHING OUT FROM OUTSURANCE!!

As per Outsurance advertising, I phoned on the 4 April for a quote. Their quote far exceeded my current policy so I was told to click on link from theri mail, which was a disaster as pin would not accept, then I could not load my attachment, and was told my banking details are incorrect. On 5 April I phoned again and was told to email all details to Mohammed Kruger, which I did. No response, so on 17 April I emailed again, and was told that it will take 30 days to process. Not sure why it takes so long, maybe it is because they are all so busy bending backwards that they cannot read!! So how long does it take to process a claim then? If this is the kind of service they offer, and also do not keep their word on paying the R400.00 then I certainly would not conduct business with Outsurance. This is false advertising. So OUTSURANCE do what you say you will do and pay me my R400.00!!
