Policy closed without being told

Last year 2012 February/March I joined Avbob funeral cover. The consultant wrote incorrect date of birth and names of people whom I wanted to cover. I told the consultant that some of the information was wrong & she promised me that soon everything will be sorted out. Till today nothing has been done. Instead I decided to write a letter to Avbob Pretoria & I was told to give the correct information of the people whom I want to cover. I did thgat & nothing changed, instead when I checked my latest payslip I noticed that they did not deducted anything. I asked them & was told that the policy was closed.

Kindly help me to resolve this matter since I don't want this policy to be cancelled.
