I applied for a loan via Loan Locators on line, however never went through with the transaction. They then went ahead and debited my account with R399 on 30 April 2013. After numerous email cancelling and querying when the amount of R399 will be reimburse to me, I finally got a date - 03/07/2013.
It is now 04/07/2013 and the money has not been refunded.
This company people and does not stick to their arrangements and why should I wait 3 months for my refund without interest???
Please can someone get back to me URGENTLY!!
