Sales under false pretencies

I sms'ed quote to outsurance as I saw their advert on TV for their cheaper insurance and they say if they can't beat my current insurance they will pay me R400. One of their cunsultants call me about my request for quote and she told me that she is a full time employee of Outsurance.
She quote me on the Outsurance full comprehensive cover and it was higher than my current insurance. On the advert they say they will pay R400 if they don't beat your current insurance. And after the call I ask the lady about the R400 and she said she will send me an email will the the details about how to get the R400 but she never send me any email or call me again.
Outsurance please stop playing with people. Time is money, I sent an sms and took time to listen to your offer but you make false promises. If real your calls are recorded please listen to your tapes on 28 February 2013. Stop playing with people's mind. Of course we want to save money and people will definately call you for nothing.
