Another unauthorized Debit off my account

Hi, after cancelling my Miway policy my bank account was debited again with an amount of R868, i dont understand how that works, i was refunded when the first incorrect debit went off, now this morning at 02:21am i saw a message that my account was debited again. i need someone to please explain to me what in the world is going on, now i will really have a bad credit record because of an unpaid debit, i am not one that threatens people but this is starting to become ridiculous
