Long delay with no resolution of refund

In 2011 I accepted an extended 3 service plan with a 2 year pnt plan (LSPR002248) of R 142.17 per month. Called Thabo Motloung on 26-02 he confirmed t the 2 year pnt plan would end April 2013 - service plan to carry on till the 90000km service. A further R 142.17 was debited on 20 May I queried this with Lukanyo Mngqolo. He advised that according to the Finance dept only 19 payments were made the other 4 were returned from my side. Policy quoted (LSPR002025) different from original? I sent proof of all pmts on 30-05. I heard nothing and on 4-06-2013 spoke to receptionist Thembi who tfd me to Manager 'Diz' without success. I asked for her to call me also did not happen. I then spoke to Helen N? who seemed willing to assist me and organise the refund of 1 premium.By now it was 21-07-2013 I called her say that another premium had been debited on 20-06-2013. Nothing happened. I called Helen again I called Helen again on 1-07 she seemed surprised that refunds had not happened. She said she would call me back within 15 minutes. Today is 4-07 and have not heard anything from anyone. I am extremely disappointed about this shocking service.
