Nedbank
Nedbank issued a default on my credit profile

I did my yearly credit check on my credit profile with ITC, and I noticed that there is a default on from Nedbank, yet I haven't heard anyting from Nedbank regarding them putting a default on my account. I tried contacting their legal department to make a arrangement to find out what this is, but now one seems to work, or better, answer their telephones. Maybe they are trying to safe the environment? Reduce their carbon footprint? Or cut their huge telephone bill? I would like someone to contact me so I can see where to go from here.
