Bad service and incompetency

Defaults was wrongfully listed against my name with ITC by Nedbank's credit card division (2006 and 2010) because they thought I were not paying my credit card. Meanwhile I made arrangements through my Nedbank branch, and paid the credit card in full (so I thought), and closed the account.
Six months ago I registered a new business, and all my applications for accounts with suppliers were declined, I thought it is because I did not have any trade references. Three weeks back I applied for Vehicle financing and it was declined. It took me two weeks and dozens of telephone-calls worth R850.00 to find out about the mistake made by Nedbank.
After years of not a word, the only response I am getting from everyone at Nedbank is that their hands are now tied, and that i will have to wait another two years before this default can removed from my name. In the meantime I am sitting without any transport and a bad name, wile for everyone at Nedbank it is business as usual! I have never felt so powerless, humiliated and frustrated in my entire life!
