NO RESPONSE - URGENT FEEDBACK ON CLAIM QUERY

We have been insured by Virgin for a number of years now and never had any problems with there service. We however are currently on contract in Mozambique and have a border cover letter from Virgin for damage or loss of our vehicle. Last week Wednesday, 13 March 2013, my husband was in a "hit-and-run" where a Mozambican vehicle hit the back lefthand side of his vehicle and sped off. He did not bother to stop and check the damage. When he got home, I took photographs of the damage and on Thursday, 14 March 2013, I drafted an email to Virgin, advising them of the accident and requesting their advice on how to claim for the damage as there is nowhere here you can report an accident and you definately do not get issued a accident report number. Since then and three further email later, I still have not had even as much as an acknowlegement of receipt to my emails. VIRGIN, WHERE IS YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE??? My fear is that their delay in reverting to us will have a negative outcome to my claim. Please can Virgin have the decency to reply.
