I have seen the response but don't agree with it at all as i received a call on Friday the 18th Jan but that was just to confirm if my problems were resolved which my answer was NO! i was then told that she would forward it to the correct department to get it resolved. I received a call today again just to get put on hold for 12 min waiting cause the manager of the collections department would like to speak to me eventually i put the phone done as she wasn't answering. when they called back (Still not the manager) i said that i have been sending the manager emails for the last 6 months without my issues being resolved but i would forward her an email now saying if she wants to talk to me then she should call me and not keep me on hold. So your response to this complaint is completely and utterly incorrect!!!
