1) I requested for a change in package via email. No response
2) Resent Email, No response
3) customer care got hold of me - Eventually the move was completed

4) now I find a migration fee of R400 on my invoice, I was not made aware of it

5) I call the call centre and speak to someone who says they are goin to look into it, on the 9th dec, I hold until the call dropped. No one phones me back.
6) I call back on the 9th Bulelani says he will make sure someone calls me back. no one does
7) I call on the 10th, charmaione weber says she will resolve this today. - Not resolved
8) I call on the 11th, everyones seems to be on lunch, charmaine passes the problem onto someone else, I hold again until the call gets cuts

I expect a customer service manager to call me to set up a meeting at my place immediately
