NEDBANK DOUBLE DEBITING ACC FOUR MONTHS IN A ROW

I am shocked at the service I receive from one of our country's biggest financial institutions, Nedbank. They continuously double debit my account (this has been going on for the last four months) and every time I call in to advise them of such, they apologise profusely and assure me that they will rectify this and it will not happen again and my money is returned after some three to four working days later. I have spoken to many of their customer care agents who have assured me that they would rectify this problem and to date nothing has happened. I am terribly disgusted as this is nothing short of incompetence and I assume that if this is a technical error, surely it cannot take four months (and several agents) to rectify. I have, in the past, received good service from Nedbank and I am saddened as it seems that their standards in relation to customer services has dropped, perhaps this is the reason people consider changing their bank accounts...
