Incorrect debit

Nedbank has debited me on the last day of the month for at least the last 2 years however, this month there is a failed debit as they tried debiting me on 22/03/2013 which is well before my pay date, and obviously there would be insufficient funds. I now have to pay extra bank charges because of Nedbank's incompetence. In January I had a similar issue where I was double debited. To ensure all is well, I called Nedbank earlier in the month to ensure that the payment would go off as arranged and this was confirmed. This is really very disappointing especially from a financial institution. I cannot wait for my relationship with Nedbank to be over and I will definitely pass on my unsatisfactory service received to friends and family. I cannot keep contacting Nedbank monthly to ensure that they have their ducks in a row.

I also requested for statements to be e-mailed to me which I only received twice, plus my name is captured incorrectly on their systems which I did bring to their attention and it isn't corrected.

And to add, I was going to move my banking to Nedbank, but after the service I experienced this year alone, I changed my mind! (Please note, the year isn't 3 months old yet)
