I cancelled my old insurance end of March, I took this patethic insurance effective April 2013. I nstructed them to deduct the premium every 22nd of each month. I was invved in an accident yesterday, first I had to wait for over 3 hours in the cold for I towing truck and for some1 to take us to hariismith in town atleast. They sent someone who didn't have a towing truck I had to wait another 2 hours for some1 to come tow my car and take us to harrismith. I call them this morning to register my claim, they tell me, my policy was cancelled (wow) and this was communicated to me via an SMS (you know that I cancelled my insurance and this was gonna be my first premium, its common sense to give me a call n follow up on the payment as u clearly know that u cancelled this policy my car wnt be insured) nevertheless, I spent 300 on airtime just to call them and ask for help. I called these pople a week back to change my banking details, why ddnt they tell me then that my insurance was cancelled and we need to start all over again with the administartion as they stated today, but no, the guy confirmed that everything was in order and that they will send papers confirming the change on B/D.
