Santam is by FAR the worst

I have had Santam insured two of my vehicles. The previous vehicle burnt out. The service I got was absolutely appauling. After weeks of fighting I eventually found someone at Santam who assisted me and sorted out my claim.

My currently vehicle is also insured with Santam. WHAT A MISTAKE!!! Since I received the new vehicle, Santam has been deducted their own amounts for monthly premiums as they wish. Not one month was the actual amount of R 675.22 deducted from my account. They do not inform you about anything, they just do what they want. When you contact the call centre, you reach incompetent arrogant call centre staff.

What really amazes me is the fact that they advertise that they are the leading insurance company. SERIOUSLY???

Again this month, the correct amount was not deducted. How many other clients are they defrauding in this manner?

Unacceptable.
